Services Offered

As a member of the North Bay Construction Association you will be able to view basic project information on-line. You will have electronic access to any project that allows you to view, download and order copies of drawings and specifications for any project from your office.​ We'll even obtain documents on request for jobs out of town.

We offer full size Xerox scanning, copying and printing of drawings.

Regularly published industry updates on current industry and association concerns and activities. The plan list is an up to date listing of projects available to tender in the north including addendum, important closing information, and bidders lists for subtrade/ supplier use.

We now notarize statutory declarations for our members free of charge. CCDC seals are available for a fee. Please contact our office to inquire about pricing and availability.
